2012 is coming to an end. This has been one helluva year! I think back to everything that has happened and it's just crazy to think about. I started this blog, my best friend came to visit for spring break, I had the best summer job (being a nanny), I got to go to Disney World for the first time, my mom came down to visit, got to watch two of my best friends get married and get to be home for the Holidays! Those are all the wonderful things of 2012. Then there's been a few downfalls, one is that I was very recently diagnosed with diabetes. I took it very hard and I am still obviously adjusting to my new life. I won't go into all the boring details of everything I have to do now! :\ Anyways, this past weekend my sister came up from Nashville! Our niece's 1st birthday party was on Sunday so that's why she came to visit. I finally put together a real outfit and took some pictures! So here's what I wore:
Chambray shirt: Burlington Coat Factory, $14.99
Scarf: Walmart, $5
Olive pants: Target, Clearance $7.48!
Boots: Wet Seal, $26
Love my confetti mani! Polish used: NYC in Mulberry Street & Maybelline's Color Show in Gold's Night Out. A neutral yet festive and fun look!
My niece Evelyn "Evie" Joy is just precious! She is such a sweet baby and I love her to pieces! I get to hang out with her and her big brother Nathan on Wednesday, which I can't wait for. I have a few things going on this week so I hope to get some outfit photos. Have a wonderful week y'all!
Sorry to hear you are a diabetic! It is a BIG change! My cousins are on an insulin pump, my Dad and sister are diabetics, and I am just waiting for that dreadful day when I will probably be dignosed. I hope not!!! Good luck with it all girl!!! Have a Merry Christmas and your niece is super cute!
ReplyDeleteThank you! & I hope you don't get it either! Marry Christmas to you too!
